You can purchase Ben & Jerry's Chubby Hubby anywhere Ben & Jerry's ice cream is sold. For right now, Hubby Hubby is only being sold in Vermont Scoop shops, but Chubby Hubby is the same flavor, just they changed the name to Hubby Hubby. So, if you're purchasing the ice cream for the flavor, then just go with Chubby Hubby, but if you're purchasing the ice cream for the cause, then you will have to go to Vermont to get Hubby Hubby.

The ice cream is available in California through some of the larger grocery stores. Occasionally, it's served at the Ben and Jerry's shops, too, but the problem is that once the pretzels in the ice cream get broken, they get soggy fairly quickly. For that reason, it's not normally served in the large scoop tubs.
Best bet: large grocery. They'll usually order it for you if it's not in stock. To get an idea who has it, use the Ben and Jerry's link below to find out where, near your zip code, you can find the treat. Get a small container, two spoons, a good friend, and enjoy!

Where can I find Ben and Jerry's Hubby Hubby ice cream outside of Vermont?
Ben and Jerry's changed its "Chubby Hubby" ice cream to "Hubby Hubby" in honor of the law allowing same-sex marriage in its home state of Vermont. From the press release, it will be available in Vermont Ben and Jerry's Scoop Shops during the month of September.
For those not in Vermont, is there any way to get this ice cream? Will it be available in grocery stores? Mail order? (Yes I have received ice cream via FedEx, so I know it's possible, but that's another story completely.)

Chubby Hubby/Hubby Hubby ice cream is my absolute favorite. Yeah, it sounds strange, but the crunchy, slightly salty chocolate covered pretzels is AWESOME. For those that haven't had it, it's "pretzels, peanut butter, & fudge in vanilla malt ice cream" (from the B&J site). Don't scoff - it's good!
