First, make sure that your iTunes library has artwork assigned to many albums. You can do this by selecting "Get Album Artwork" in the "Advanced" menu at the top of your screen when iTunes is the active application.

Once that is done, open System Preferences and choose Desktop & Screen Saver option. Under the Screen Saver tab, you can select iTunes Artwork.

And that's all there is to it! Enjoy seeing your album covers!

They were both the answers I was looking for, but I'm selecting this one as best just because it was first. "Get Album Artwork" had stalled for me in the past. I had to insert a new disc, wait for the artwork not to come up, then I went to "Get Album Artwork" and then it brought them all up. Thanks!

I know this sounds somewhat rather obvious, but have you tried the 'Get Album Artwork' option under the Advanced menu item?

You may also want to rename the iTunes Library file on your computer and have iTunes re-create a new one by scanning your MP3s again.

Are you using the latest version of iTunes? You will want to make sure its the latest and greatest as well if you haven't already done so.
