Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.
If my wife graduates from a college in Bolivia will she be able to practice her profession in the US?
She's studying Dentistry (Odontologia) in Universidad Catolica Boliviana, currently on her third year.
When she graduates will she be able to practice as a dentist in the US?
If not, what are we supposed to do to make that happen?

There are two national exams.
The National Board Dental Examination Parts I and II.
Most states use those tests, but some require passing a regional test.
I would imagine that someone on staff at her school would know the answer to this question better than random people on the intardnet. She's likely not the first student there who wants to practice in the states. They would be able to give her better advice.

Short answer, No. Not entirely. In order to be accredited to fully practice law in the US you need 1000 classroom hours as well as pass the bar exam and become accredited by the bar association.
Long answer.
This has actually been answered before.
She could however be a para legal of sorts and work for a law firm, but unfortunately in order to represent a client in court she would need her bar card.
