How do I end a crush on a guy, who has a girlfriend?

My feelings feel trapped, they have been together for a while but i've liked him longer, I feel guity he has a girl friend, how can i stop my crush?

Quit trying to stop it. "You can't fight the river. You can just learn to flow with it."

Throughout your life you will continue to be attracted to people that it is inappropriate to have a relationship. This is a great lesson about how to identify your feelings/needs and be able to take care of them in a more appropriate way. Learn how to flow with these needs.

Many people try to push down their feelings or deny them. They just come out in more inappropriate ways.

I invite my clients to journal what they are feeling. Free flow, let go of making sense, just write it down (you can always trash it later).

I hope your proud of yourself for recognizing the ethics behind this and holding an appropriate boundary. Many other people would do the inappropriate behavior...
