Dmitry Chaplin, who is he? How did he get on "Dancing with the Stars"?

Who is Dmitry Chaplin? I heard he just joined "Dancing with the Stars", but I don't know who he is.

Dmitry started to dance when he was fourteen years old and he has trained with some of the top dancers in England from 2002 to 2006. Originally from Russia, Chaplin is a national finalist in ballroom dancing.

Chaplin was born in Rostov-on-Don, Russia on July 14, 1982. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from School #8 in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, Minnetonka High School in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and attended Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, New York for one semester.
