I'm going to go out on a limb here and go with this relatively unknown guy from Chicago. I think his name is Obama?

Barack Obama and/or The American Voters for electing the "son of a black man". It's quite a historical moment for democracy.

If there is any justice in the world, it will be Corey Worthington:

But there isn't any justice in the world, so my money's on Barack Obama or another dumb "You"-style cop-out.

Barack Obama - he overcame all odds to become president and is the combination of the America's shiny new thing and the clear rallying point for the world today.

Ron Paul would be my pick. He's one of the very few patriots left as America becomes even more of a police state under Obama and his plan to create a new gestapo "civilian defense force" to help further militarize the U.S. Of course, my opinion is not held to high-esteem by Time, or the masses who believe Obama is anything but a front man, and it is a near-certainty he will make the cover. It will help to distract the sheeple, as he expands rather than retracts all those draconian police state practices that Bush signed into law.
