Yes. If Casey said it was Jesus Ortiz, that almost certainly rules him out as the father.
Casey has a brother named Lee.
She named her daughter Caylee.

who is Caylee Anthony's father?
has Casey's father/Caylee's grandfather had a paternity test to determine whether or not he is the biological father of the (grand)child? there are some secrets this family is not revealing and being honest about. why did Casey tell her mother in one of the prison tapes that she was 'protecting the family'? and it strikes an odd note that Casey's father would say to her in prison and on tape, 'hello, gorgeous.' does anyone else sense overtones and possibilities of incestuous behavior and effects withhin this family? it seems it would be an important piece of information to ferret out and get clear as it speaks to motive and opportunity. anyone in the Anthony house and family could have been on the computer searching for information, yes?

Casey Anthony has indicated that Caylee's father is Jesus Ortiz, who she went to high school with. He died in a car accident a year ago, and his parents maintain that he was not the father. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,400304,00.html

Hmmm... How convenient to pin it on the dead guy... I say his remains be exhumed and tested. Could she be lying again? Would it be worth the effort?
