According to this Telegraph article from Feb 12, the octuplets are expected to remain in the neo-natal intensive care ward of the Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Center for up to 12 weeks.

When are Nadya Suleman's octuplets leaving the hospital?
This group, Angels in Waiting, has offered to find the kids' medical care, and essentially take them in as foster kids. But when do the octuplets leave the hospital?

According to this article the hospital may not even release them to Nadya. "The octuplets mother has told Dr. Phil that hospital officials have threatened to withhold her newborns unless she proves she can care for them."
