Well it's interesting one of the first things he did was canceled Blagojevich's security detail, something ex-gov's usually get for a full year after they are done...hmm

Anyway... Here is a quick video of Quinn today talking about what he needs to do for Illinois, in short he needs reform the state to make it less corrupt
