What is the current situation with North Korea possibly launching a missile?

It seems to me that it is alot of posturing on the part of the North Koreans, feeling out the new President, and seeing what the reaction will be to assorted preparations etc. My personal opinion in regards to an actual launch is it's a slim chance. But a slim chance is a chance.
