What did Ali Campoverdi study while at Harvard? Was she a good student?

Ali Campoverdi attended the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard Universtiy and according to Mahalo, graduated from Harvard with a Master's Degree in Public Policy. I don't know how good of a student she was, but considering she has a masters, I'd say she was at least a decent student.
