Well I'm sorry I couldn't find better, but there weren't really photographers taking pictures of him (because it all happened so fast).

Here are a few good ones though

Muntazer al-Zaidi, who works for independent al-Baghdadiya television, has shot to local stardom for his attack on Bush and his cry: "This is a goodbye kiss from the Iraqi people, dog."

I searched for quite a while and could not come up with one that was larger or had better resolution. It is a good action shot, though, despite the quality issues.

The photographers must have better ones. I am sure at some point they will surface. This moment will be remembered for years as one of the defining moments of Bush's presidency.

"The 6-year-old nephew of Muntather Zaidi, the Iraqi journalist arrested for throwing his shoes at President Bush during a news conference, holds up his uncle's photo at his home in Baghdad. The incident was branded as shameful by the Iraqi government, but many in the Arab world hailed it as an ideal parting gift to the U.S. president, who was making a farewell visit to the country."
