Names have not yet been released. I found the following:
Two male suspects, ages 18 and 20, were in custody and three weapons believed used in the shooting had been recovered, he said.

Predictable. A of persons in our society solve their arguments with guns. Often arguments about drugs. Crime always decreases when the economy improves. Also, fewer guns, sharper eyed cops needed. Better prosecuters. Legalize cocaine and then strongly enforce anti intoxication laws. School 8 to 5 with citizenship courses and constant athletics - we need out of the box solutions.
