It sure looks real. It's interesting the way the first guy just walks calmly across the tracks while the second guy makes a mad dash seconds ahead of the train. I think he lost his shoe.

you mean this one? Yes it is real, it is a major problem in England. There is another video of a car that is a near miss by less than one foot. In the video you can see his shoe actually come off his foot and he does not go back to get it!
