Bishop TD Jakes son Jermaine Jakes was ARRESTED and CHARGED with Indecent Exposure.

The arrest, which MediaTakeOut.com can OFFICIALLY CONFIRM, occurred on January 3rd of this year. Jermaine was subsequently released and is awaiting resolution of the charges.

For those of you wondering what indecent exposure means. Here’s what Texas Law has to say:

21.08 Indecent Exposure

In this chapter:

(a) A person commits an offense if he exposes his anus or any part of his genitals with intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person, and is reckless about whether another is present who will be offended or alarmed by his act.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.

He was arrested for Public Indecency and then they found he also had a warrant out for somethnig else.
No comment from dad yet...
