Really?!?!?! Consent or not she carved her name into his arm and slashed the s--t out of his shoulder. She is clearly not mentally or emotionally capable of being a part of society and she belongs in a cage!!! ... "He consented to me stabbing him... but its okay cause we were on drugs" Please folks this is ridiculous!

This guy obviously should stick yo going home where his mummy can look after him ......... He isn't equipped for the real world.
She needs a man obviously, but chose a lil' boy ........ Ahh well, better luck next time

I don't think accepting having a woman's name carved into your flesh constitutes being a man...
Of course he put himself in a stupid position by getting off his face with a woman he'd never met, but it's a common occurance and that's not how the night would usually end!
I can't understand why if he had in fact asked her to do it, he would now be taking her to court. Essentially, she did a disgusting thing which, had it been a man doing it to a woman, would have caused national uproar.
The argument that he may not remember asking her because of being drunk or whatever is fairly ambiguous. Given that she had taken part in this vodka and valium-fest too, who can trust her judgement? Especially because she is the sort of woman who would happily scar a man for life with her own name, which would probably indicate that she's fairly psychotic.
Lock her up I say, and make her pay for the surgery he'll need to remove the scars.
