I highly doubt it. The picture I have below is a picture of them at the pre-Grammy party they were at just before this incident happened. If you take a comparative look at Rihanna's facial structure and features compared to the woman in the link you provided, they aren't similar at all. Look especially at the eyebrows and the shape of the nose. Rihanna has a much broader nose, and unless she decided to do some crazy eyebrow penciling between the time of these two pictures, those are very different as well.
