20 years sounds about right. According to this article (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090127/ap_on_re_us/mob_trial) Schiro was only an accomplice to the killing of a witness and didn't actually pull the trigger himself. That being said, I think that Shiro's history of criminal behavior might have warranted a stronger sentence. Either way, since he is 72 right now, he will most likely die in Jail and make this discussion moot.
