What? You need your soapbox back? Ok, here it is.
Now if the question was the second question or if it was "what evidence exists that makes you consider Casey Anthony's guilt or innocence?" We'd be good to go.

(It's very hard not to)
And I believe that even if she didn't directly kill her daughter that she did have something to do with her death.
And it is a very sad thing that has happened.
This child probably didn't stand a chance to defend herself.
I think we need to give young children a way to defend themselves even in there own home.

Her partying days are over.
I hope the execution is botched so she has a prolonged agonizing death
for what she did to that little girl, her daughter.

Did Casey Anthony kill her daughter Caylee Anthony?
I haven't followed the case, but it seems like the evidence is building. What are the facts at this point and what do those facts lead you to believe?

Sorry to get all high and mighty about juris prudence, but Casey Anthony has every right to be innocent until a jury of her peers, not a bunch of well-educated internet users, finds her guilty. What? You need your soapbox back? Ok, here it is.

Her case is scheduled for march, so she hasn't been found guilty, but it is very commonly believed that she did, in fact kill her daughter. Unfortunately it seems like this case has become a tabloid frenzy, so it is difficult to decipher truth from fiction in the case. Here are a few links, however, that seem to tell the story pretty well. http://sprocket-trials.blogspot.com/2008/10/casey-anthony-trial-date-set.html

Yes. Either the mom did it, or it was the grays.

I would have to believe she had a major part in the murder if she wasn't the one who actually did it. Her actions (or lack there of) from day one of when her daughter went missing are so contradictory to what a parent should feel and say if their child is gone. When she speaks in the police interviews and her recorded conversations with her parents and friends, she is casting a very large cloud of suspicion over herself with the roundabout answers and misleading information she gives. It would lead me to believe she is suffering from mental illness of some form and may not even realize what it is she is actually going through. Is it possible she could be suffering from a form of post pardum (sp.?) depression?

Here's why I believe she did it all by herself, with no help: She's been under police scrutiny since mid July. If anyone had helped her kill the girl or dispose of her body, she'd have sold them down the river. That didn't happen. All we got were stories about babysitters and keeping her family safe from the kidnapping mafia.

Caylee is an angel in heaven now and she is all knowing at this point. She is hoping her mother will ask forgiveness from God so that they will be in heaven again together. Angels forgive. I just wish Casey would go ahead and tell everyone what happened. It isn't right for her to continue this charade. I think the police should put Casey's family in protective custody, and then see if Casey will talk. If she doesn't talk then...I think we will have our answer. I think Casey's family has known ever since they started claiming there was a rotting pizza in the car. From that point they have been protecting their daughter, because they knew Caylee was gone. They have been protesting this whole time. Why didn't they protest when Caylee's skeletal remains were identified as those of Caylee. You would think they would want a second opinion or something, but they didn't ask for one. They already knew it was her. Think back to when Cindy did not bring Caylee back to the house with her where Casey was suppose to be so she could turn herself in. Cindy dropped her off under an overpass instead, and Casey jumped into a get away car. I'm not saying it wasn't an accident, and I'm not saying it was murder. I'm just saying she did it, either way.

Excuse me, the 3rd sentence from the bottom should read, "Think back to when Cindy did not bring Casey back to the house..."

What happened to innocent until proven guilty? We all know Casey has a habit of stealing money. What if she stole money from the wrong people and to make her pay they killed her daughter, then told her if she told anyone they would kill the rest of her family or her. She did tell her mom she was protecting the family. I'm not saying she didn't do it, I am just saying lets not try her in the media like Scott Peterson. Who by the way, I don't think did it. There were too many things left out of the case, the media didn't know. The same could be true here.

I am a firm believer that people are entitled to their own opinions. I also agree 100% with you that people should be innocent until proven guilty. This doesn't change my opinion that Casey Anthony is guilty though. I feel that the public is so quick to throw stones, when they all live in glass houses. There is a reason we have a legal system like the one we do, because when emotions get involved, the result is rarely fair. I was not there when Caylee went missing, so I do not know WHAT happened, but the signs all point to Casey. Who doesn't report their kid missing and after they go missing who goes out and parties like they don't have a care in the world?? Let's pretend for a minute that Caylee really was kidnapped and killed by these people that Casey owe money to. Why did she show absolutely no emotion??? When my kid gets a cold, i get emotional, let alone kidnapped! I disagree with all the protesters and all the people making a living off this tragedy. Everyone forgot what the focus here is... this beautiful little girl who's life was cut tragically short. As for Scott Peterson, do you really think he is innocent??? He was tried by a court of law and found guilty... which makes him guilty! He also lacked emotion and care when his wife went "missing." Taking that time to rendezvous with his mistress, neglecting to mention to her that his wife was missing. Unfortunately, in both these cases there is one big similarity. That similarity is indifference, let's face it, if someone you "love" goes missing and you are genuinely not responsible, there is going to be some type of emotions. Once again though, this is just my opinion, and everyone is entitled to a different opinion. If you don't mind my asking, if you feel Scott didn't do it, then what is your idea on what happened. You could be right, and the only way to get the word out is to share it.
