Amy: I am afraid that this is going to be found to be the latest piece of evidence demonstrating how those with anti-government and/or anti-Obama sentiment have been whipped into a frenzy. And, how that emboldens some persons already pre-disposed towards violence to take this kind of action.
I certainly hope that that will not be the case, but the facts - that the victim was older, was an experienced field worker in that part of Kentucky, was warned by friends to be careful, etc. - seem to point in that direction.
It is very sad, and I think that it should give all of us who engage in boisterous political debate reason to pause and consider the possible ramifications of demonizing people who you don't agree with on some (or, even all) issues.

A Census worker found hanged in Kentucky.
The word FED scrawled across his chest. What is your opinion of this?
