According to http://www.fru-gals.com Food Lion accepts one coupon per item for both store and manufacturer coupons. They will not accept coupons that are computer generated, from a competitor or ones that appear to be photocopied. They will not accept single sided ones that offer a free item, or coupons that have a greater value than the actual item.
