When doing a months worth of grocery shopping, I have saved anywhere from a $100-$200 from coupons alone. I usually go online to print coupons, and go through the sunday paper. I always make sure to check though the 'junk mail' for any other coupons from restaurants.

I usually take up around $200 worth of groceries and actually pay close to $100 after using coupons but most of the savings comes from the store card. You really can save with grocery coupons.
