Since I found out about the online grocery Alice last month, I have made at least one purchase a week (with my average purchase being about 8 products). Aside from convenience, one of the main reasons I shop at Alice is that it is often cheaper than my local grocery store. Plus, it automatically adds coupons to my order, thus saving me more money. Alice (and other similar online grocery stores) has both pro's and con's for saving money.
Some of the Pro's include: you no longer have to clip coupons from the Sunday Paper;you no longer have to buy coupons on eBay; if a coupon is available for the product you are purchasing it is added automatically.
Some of the Con's include: Limited amount of coupon usage per product, does not include all coupon that are available in the Sunday paper (on average, about half of the Sunday paper coupons are listed).
As an avid coupon user, Alice has not increased my coupon usage. However, for people who do not use coupons often, I can see Alice really upping their coupon usage.
The best advice I can give you is to try out Alice for yourself once or twice. You can then compare the prices of your regularly purchased items between Alice and your local grocery store.
Tip: Your first Alice.com order ships for free, regardless of items purchased. If you want, just purchase one product (some products have prices as low as $.55) to test Alice out for yourself.

using these types of sites will definitley save you some money but for the most part your actually giving this company commision everytime you purchase through there website. The coupons and such im sure you can find all over the net. For the most part i would try to stick to product/price comparison websites so you can compare what companies have the best prices on the same products. Usually they will have reviews about the store your buying from and also reviews about the products them selves. Check out http://www.shoptimesaver.com or http://bizrate.com for these product/price comparisons. If you need any more info just let me know. Thanks Mike!
