General Information of Chinese Currency RMB
Renminbi: Chinese Currency is called Renminbi (RMB or CNY-Chinese Yuan) means "People's Currency" in Chinese language.

Unit: Yuan, Jiao (some times called "Mao " ) and Fen. 1 Yuan = 10 Jiao (Mao); 1 Jiao = 10 Fen.

Exchange Rate: Current Exchange Rate with U.S. Dollar: $1 = ABOUT 6.8 Yuan RMB (Feb, 2009 rate)

The renminbi is currently the currency of the republic of China. It's principal unit is the yuan.
