Here are a few cocktails you can make using Ben and Jerry's ice cream:

1. Death by Chocolate

Ingredients:

* 2 scoops of any Ben and Jerry's chocolate ice cream (Chocolate Therapy would be a good choice)
* 1 oz chocolate syrup
* 1 oz coffee liqueur
* 1 oz dark crème de cacao
* 1 oz vodka
* whipped cream for topping
* maraschino cherry for garnish
* 1 cup crushed ice

Preparation:

1. Pour all the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a stemmed glass such as a hurricane glass.
4. Top with whipped cream.
5. Garnish with the maraschino cherry.

2. Love Potion #9

Ingredients:

* 1 oz strawberry, vanilla or clear vodka
* 1/2 oz white crème de cacao
* 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
* scoop of Ben and Jerry's strawberry cheesecake, strawberry banana, regular strawberry OR vanilla ice cream (choose one!)
* 1/2 cup ice
* strawberry for garnish

Preparation:

1. Pour the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a chilled margarita glass.
4. Garnish with a strawberry.

3. Chi Chi

Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup ice
* 2 oz vodka
* 1/2 oz blue curaçao
* 1/2 oz cream of coconut
* 1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple
* scoop of Mango Mango or Jamaican Me Crazy (you could also use plain vanilla)

2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a chilled margarita or highball glass.
4. Garnish with the pineapple.

There's nothing like a Cherry Garcia Cocktail.

What you need:

1. A blender, food processor, or a martini shaker
2. A half a cup of white Irish Cream
3. 2-3 spoonfuls of Cherry Garcia
4. Half a shot of Smirnoff Black Cherry vodka

Pulse the blender until you can liquify the ice cream. Pour ice cream into martini glasses and enjoy. The chocolate bits will fall to the bottom, but you can use a spoon to eat them.
