What You Need
1-1/2 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor
ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
Make It
STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/2 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted. Remove 2 cups of the gelatin; place in small bowl. Refrigerate 5 min. or until gelatin is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Carefully spoon into crust. Refrigerate 10 min.
MEANWHILE, add 2 cups of the whipped topping to remaining gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Refrigerate 10 min. or until mixture is thick and will mound. Carefully spoon over gelatin layer in crust.
REFRIGERATE at least 3 hours or until firm. Serve topped with the remaining whipped topping. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
That's it! Other than taking a few hours to firm in the fridge, it is so quick. I love making it with Raspberry Jell-o and adding a few real raspberries on top. It's so delicious.

I haven't personally made these, but I saw them when I was looking up the other recipe. They are called Creamy Strawberry Lemon Squares, and they look great.
http://www.kraftfoods.com/assets/recipe_images/Creamy_Strawberry-Lemon_Squares.jpg
They seem pretty easy to make. You only need graham crackers, sugar, margarine, cream cheese, milk, lemon jello, and strawberry cool whip.

In New Zealand, this is not terribly original. But in most of the rest of the world, it is.

A Pavlova is an ethereal dessert created in honor of ballerina Anna Pavlova. It's a base of meringue, filled and topped with sweetened whipped cream, and topped with fruit and/or dessert syrups and other decorations.

New Zealand Pavlova from Allrecipes.com
INGREDIENTS
3 egg whites
1 1/4 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons water
3 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet, line it with parchment paper and sprinkle a little water over paper.
In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form. Beat in water, then mix in cornstarch, vanilla, vinegar and salt.
Pour entire meringue mixture onto the center of the pan. Pavlova will spread as it bakes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Turn oven off and leave Pavlova in the oven until cold. Turn upside-down onto plate and top with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
--I'd follow the degree instructions in the video. It will make the outside crunchy quickly. It's the same technique used in making Volcano Cakes. --Trace

I made a large pan of brownies from a brownie mix. Don't over baked them. Let them cool on a wire rack. Then I took 1 cup of white chocolate chips and melted them in the microwave at 50% at 30 seconds at a time until melted, or if you prefer used chocolate chips. Then mix 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk, Eagle Brand milk or store brand. Mix until thickened. Cut into squares or any shape you want. Drizzle over brownies. This is so delicious!! And so easy.
