What to do Masters or MBA and from where to do MBA(pakistan)?

hey

I am from Pakistan(lahore).I have completed my bachelor degree(2 year) now i want to do postgraduation and for that i have two options...

1) Masters in Mass Communication from "Punjab University".

2)MBA from
a)hajvery university
b)university of south asia(USA)
c)national college of business administration (NCBA)

other than that hajvery is offering a three year MBA while other two universities are offering two year MBA! And i also want my MBA degree to be recognized worlwide.

I am in a state of delimma please help me out.Which option is better??

i think u hv to complete ur PG in USAcoz its worldwide University n in Compnies u get higher preference coz u will already knows other lang.etc
