The best is to go the store and try them out. I'm not even going to get into the carrier difference here - just focus on the user interface.
How to get to contact. Go to google maps look up a store and see whether you can get to a phone number in the browser and dial... Look at the integration of these kind of user interface things.
After that look at other things like: do you have an iPod? Who has the better coverage in your area...
