I've actually used monoprice before, and couldn't remember their name. I had a good experience with them and will place my order with them.

Thanks everyone for your help.

www.newegg.com is definitely cheapest for A/V cables. If you don't feel like ordering online, just go to Walmart.

Newegg is awesome, but monoprice is far better for cables.

http://www.ebuyhd.com/

This is a great website for all sorts of connectors, cables adapters, etc. I was going to buy an HDMI cable for my new TV but when I found out it was over $100 at Best Buy and Circuit City, I did some research. I saved $70 and have never had a problem. I've since bought more items from the site and I'm very pleased. Make sure you know exactly what you need because the site is a bit lacking on the descriptions. Otherwise, great site, and I recommend it to all my friends who are buying new TVs and other electronics. Saves a bunch of money!!!

Usually the mom and pop places are best, since they set their own prices. There is a place near where I live called House of cable, they can custom make cables, but they have excellent prices because they aren't controlled by a chain with established prices.

wow, im suprised im being the first to suggest this, but ive found alot of my components and wiring from a local dollar store.

99c stores are amazingly filled with items in which would cost above $5.. its worth a look.
