Many different video game parts are on http://store.richspsxparts.com/xb360ac.html
I just ordered some PSP parts from there that I could not source anywhere else.

Where can I find an Xbox 360 HD-DVD drive?
I happen to come across a really good deal on some HD-DVDs that make the purchase of the Xbox drive worthwhile. Is there a reputable place online that I can find one?
(I'm looking for an answer beyond ebay due to too many issues with faulty products over the years going that route)

Depending on where you live you could check out craigslist. The sellers there are local so you can not only meet who is selling you the product, but also test it out before buying. Also, since these are real people selling the product they are more likely to offer a cheaper price or even trade than online stores ever would. I bought an Xbox 360 elite that was practically unused for $175 three months ago from a seller I met on Craigslist. The console is still working great and the seller even threw in Gears of War 2 with my purchase.
