These are the ones from the manual:

Move To
Hold
Regroup
Infiltrate
Assault
Tag

There are also variations like:
1. "go go go" or "Move!" for move to.
2. "on me" or "regroup on me" for regroup.
3. "weapons free" for assault"
4. "check your fire" for infiltrate
5. You can also say door commands, e.g. "open and clear", "flash and clear" etc.
