What is the best low end backup power supply ?

After having the power in my house constantly on the fritz and probably only going to get much worse this winter , I'm looking around for the best low end power supply (In order to power some small things) Like my NAS and other small peripherals .

Any thoughts welcome

There are a ton of units made by APC and or Belkin....however I personally went for a different brand since with APC and Belkin you are paying a bit for the name.

A backup power-supply device is provided. The backup power-supply device can supply a DC power to an electric appliance when an external power source electrically connected to the electric appliance is interrupted. The backup power-supply device can sustain supplying the DC power for at least three to five minutes so that the operation of the electric appliance will not be interrupted during the power outage.
