Searching on something like ebay
http://popular.ebay.com/ns/Cell-Phones/Motorola-Razr-V3.html
looks like you might be able to get $50-60 if it's in NEW condition, and I'm assuming yours is not. There's also the fee's associated and the hassle of mailing it. I doubt your gonna find any better offer locally, and probably none easier than just dumping it on US cellular. I say sell it for the $25

Sometimes these can be more hassle than they are worth tho. The problem is your not guaranteed the price offered. They may claim that there is some damage or problem with the phone.
