The single pack is model PSPJ-15010. Looks like they aren't available in the US yet, but you an buy Japanese ones....

The hardware pricing and release date has not been announced in the US yet, but Japan will be selling the PSP mics for 2,500 Yen ($23 USD) (Single Pack, model PSPJ-15010) or a slightly cheaper Twin Pack for 4,000 Yen ($37 USD) (model PSPJ-15011). The PSP mic will be available on 1/24/08 in Japan.
