As the Motorola Android is competing directly with T-Mobile G1, the price would be less or similar. The G1 is retailed at $180 (with two-year contract).
BusinessWeek reported that the Motorola Android will be priced similar to Krave ($150 with two year contract).

Recent development as reported by Brighthand, no pricing has been announced or indicated.

There is a possibility that in the future as there are more Android based phones, Motorola is able to produce cheaper Android phones (with less features).
