Is free web hosting good?

It sounds like a good option for hosting a website, but often people
spend more money in the long run on free hosting because of the lack of support, features and control in such hosting plans.

Free web hosting is not good. Most free hosting programs like the one GoDaddy offers puts a big ugly banner at the top of your web page. Free accounts are also slow and distracting for visitors. You can get a super hosting account for less than $5. It's cheap and the customer service is great. I have many websites hosted with them. Here's the link.

hi,
yes there is no problem with free hosting, i use free hosting from http://www.tucktail.com/ which is good, and the tech support thy offer is phenomenal
