To be honest, there are no unlocking site. This is because the unlocking code is unique to each phone, due to IMEI number.

You can try to unlock with the provider itself, but it will void the warranty and contract. The other option is go to Chinatown or any Chinese phone repair shop and ask for them SOFT unlocking. Do not do the hardware unlocking because it might damage your phone.

I myself have unlock my N95 8GB by Rogers at Chinatown and it works beatifully. It may cost around 20-30 dollars.

One more advised, do not submit your IMEI number at any website. They can use them for clone phone. Worse, they might scammed you. So, just take a walk at downtown and you might found some shop that do unlocking.
