how many people have vonage?cause it sucks!!!

I don't have vonage but a friend of mine did last year. Apparently they want permission to pull your payment out automatically through your account every month. He gave permission for this and they charged him the monthly bill 3 times. 3 times they dipped into his account. He didn't get his money back but they added another line or something crazy. Watch out for these people.
