If your speakers' input is a simple mini-phone male input, you can use this cord ($15) to patch both audio sources into the speakers. The RCA end goes to your Xbox, and you plug your computer's audio out into the other end.

Keep in mind your audio levels will probably be mismatched. Be careful not to pump your volume too high without testing carefully.
