Keynote has a built in export feature that lets you save the file to the Powerpoint format. The instructions are for Keynote '08.
To create a PowerPoint slideshow:
1 Choose File > Export and then click PowerPoint.
2 Click Next.
3 Type a name and choose a location for the file, and then click Export.
Warning: Not all features of Keynote are in PowerPoint. So you may lose some information.

If your goal is to just view a Keynote presentation from Powerpoint (e.g. to do a presentation), I recommend just using Keynote to export the presentation to a Quicktime file instead. It is interactive and look and behave exactly like it does within Keynote, but on a PC.
Caveats:
1. You need to have Quicktime player installed on the PC.
2. This doesn't help you edit the file in Powerpoint if that's your intention.
If you're looking to edit the file, you should just choose to export the file from Keynote as a Powerpoint presentation (File > Export), but you will lose many features in the process like transitions.

I see the answer by tmchow as best answer because it offers me a second solution to my problem. Although the answer by kubicjay is also very helpful it just does not provide me with the second solution of the answer by tmchow. Nevertheless I have to thank both of them.
