You're going to need some isopropyl alcohol, some cotton swabs, canned air, and a screwdriver.
Unplug the keyboard and use the canned air to get as much solid debris out as possible. From here you can use the screwdriver to *gently* pop out the keys. Once you remove all the keys, you can wipe out any excess liquid. From here you use the isopropyl alcohol and either paper towels or cotton balls to clean the keyboard. The cotton swabs are good for cleaning the individual keys. NOTE: isopropyl alcohol is typically better since it evaporates much more quickly than water.
If you don't need the keyboard right away, though, you can always put it in the dishwasher instead of taking it apart (or in addition to taking it apart; your choice). Many geeks swear by this, but there are a few things you should know. First off, if you do this, allow the keyboard a full week to dry with occasionally shaking out any excess water to prevent shorting anything out. Secondly, you need a very tiny amount of dishwashing soap to do this, about a tenth of what you'd normally use.
Either way you use, you should have a squeaky clean keyboard afterwards.
