Unfortunately, no. The Western Digital WD TV HD media player is compatible only with devices that support being recognized as a Mass Storage Device. The Zune does not yet have that capability, so the WD TV HD won't be able to read files from it.

Does the Zune work with Western Digital's WD TV HD media player?
If you plug it into the USB port will the WD TV see the files on the zune?

As andru said, it's can't play WD TV HD.
But there is another way to play HD on Zune.
