Yes, mine does. It's nice during the winter but as the summer approaches it gets a bit uncomfortable.

but I'll make one myself.
If you are not in the mood for sewing you can glue those rubber floaters for the pool.

But don't use it to make your laptop float in the pool, or at least do a backup first (and don't plug it).

I keep my laptop on my desk, but it still can get hot sometimes. Make sure when it is on your lap that you are not covering up the fans. If they are covered, it cannot cool itself and it is more likely to get hot and overheat.

Yes mine does too... I have a flat cushion from an old futon that I held onto ... I sit it on my lap and then I have a thing I bought with little air holes to keep your lap top from over heating and I sit my lap top on both of those things. The cushion is comfortable on my lap and the lap top cooler keeps it from overheating... I also bought another lap top cooler that I bought that actually has two fans that keep the computer and me from overheating. http://www.staples.com/office/supplies/p1_Belkin-Laptop-Cooling-Pad-(black)_276524_Business_Supplies_10051_SEARCH
