Device to connect headphones to L & R speaker connections on rear of stereo amp

I want to connect my headphones to my stereo bypassing the standard headphone jack on the front of the stereo amp. Using standard headphone plug automatically disables speakers.

You need a y connector that goes from RCA to 3.5mm such as this http://www.amazon.com/Male-3-5mm-Stereo-Female-Y-Cable/dp/B000I23TTE
