My answer is not cheapest, but best deal:
Samsung BD-P2500/BD-P2550 is Blu-Ray, built-in NetFlix, built-in Pandora Radio, and 1GB flash memory installed (to reduce buffering). The LG alternate has no internal memory; although it has a USB port where expansion memory can be added; unfortunately the USB port is up front which turns the nice look of the player Ugly! Samsung, for sure!

You can probably find something for a little bit less money right now. I saw a random Sylvania for $200, and there's probably some uber-cheap brand of them being sold for less, but there's a point where you fall off the cheap end. ha ha ha.
