Unless the Kodak #10 is a special case, I'm pretty sure either refilling or at least recycling is an option for most printer cartridges. Below is a link to how to refill Kodak cartridges specifically, and another link that tells what the options are in terms of buying refill kits or dropping off at Staples/OfficeMax/etc.

I would investigate what your local office supply store (or sometimes a photo counter will do it too) charges for refilling ink cartridges. I've gotta believe refilling is cheaper than buying new ones each time, and it's certainly better for the environment!
