Any known brand like Seagate, Iomega, Toshiba, etc. in the size you need, i.e. amount of data the device will hold and physical size, either 2.5" or 3.5"
drives. Drives are enclosed in a case so they will be slightly larger than the base drive dimensions. You will probably want to go with a USB connection which will attach to any computer made in the last 5 or so years. Look for a
decent warranty period, the longest you can find and you are better off paying a little more for a well supported product.

Before I splurge on a Flip Ultra I need to get a portable hard drive. What do you recommend?
