When will Phish release more tickets to the Mansfield, MA show?

LiveNation.com indicates show is sold out, but says, "Please check back at a later time as more tickets may be released."Show Details:Phish at Comcast Center

I think that the key word there is "May." I'm pretty sure they put that over every show that is sold out, so there is probably very little chance of extra tickets actually becoming available. You might be able to register with LiveNation to receive updates in case of extra tickets becoming available, but I'm not sure.

I checked on Phish's official site and they gave the same information, Sold Out. Your next best bet may be to try to find tickets on Craigslist or other ticket brokering sites. If those don't work, the parking lots of Phish shows are often hotbeds of people trying to sell, buy or trade tickets.
