I believe their playlist comes from the Bizarre Vaguely Orchestral Christmas Music for people with inexplicably bad taste in holiday music. (Feel free to refute or report me. It's just how I feel.)
But, while I play James Brown's Christmas CD's for 8,000 time and sit on my high horse, I know lots of my friends will be seeing this show and loving it.
That said, here are a few reviews with setlists from 2008...

A mostly positive review with lots of set-list type notes - http://www.madison.com/wsj/home/entertainment/318369
And, here is a list of set-lists of bootlegs for the last 8 years or so for some perspective....

What is Trans-Siberian Orchestra's music selection for this year's tour? Is it from a particular album? Or:
is it a compilation from all their work. I'm trying to decide if I should see them in Chicago this year. But I would like to see a different show from last year.

The music is taken from "Christmas Eve and Other Stories." They go through the entire album. I would love to go see them!

It's a compilation of current songs and past songs. No new albums or releases, just a mix of stuff from the past and present. Some songs and parts get periodic tweaks, like the addition of lead singers to Canon in D, but if you're on a tight budget and have seen the show already, you won't get your money's worth unless you love reruns.
