Which Linux distros are suitable for an embedded device which has a MIPS processor and about 300MB of available memory?

The device will also have no hard disk or CDROM.

dsl linux or damn small linux under 50mb

Damn small linux includes as minimum requirements:

* 486dx or compatible processor
* CDROM driver
* monitor

None of which my system will have.
